2. Pre-Production Communication & Size Sketch Confirmation

We adjusted thread pitch and increased anti-loose tooth structure, and issued official production dimension sketches with tolerance marked clearly. - Type: Pan head cross self-tapping screws

4. Production Process & Full Quality Inspection
We adopted multi-station cold heading machine for one-time forming to ensure consistent screw concentricity. All finished screws passed torsion test, high temperature aging test and vibration simulation test. We provided complete material test report and quality inspection certificate before delivery. The sample passed the customer’s appliance prototype test at one time without secondary modification.
5. Custom Packaging & Delivery & Customer Feedback
We adopted separated anti-static packaging classified by specifications, with customer exclusive logo label on outer carton to match the customer’s automatic assembly line. Bulk order finished within 7 working days. After bulk shipment, we took customer project cooperation photos for file record.
