Detailed Specification Confirmation

After reaching a consensus on the consultation and design plan, we will enter the detailed specification confirmation stage, which is a key step to ensure that the customized products accurately match the requirements. We will issue a detailed specification confirmation form, clearly marking various core parameters of the product, including but not limited to: material (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.), dimensions (length, diameter, thickness, hole diameter, etc.), precision grade, surface treatment (galvanizing, chrome plating, electrophoresis, black oxide coating, etc.), mechanical properties (tensile strength, hardness, toughness, etc.), quantity, delivery cycle and special requirements (such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-loosening performance, etc.). 

The confirmation form will be sent to you simultaneously, and our specialist will verify each parameter with you one by one, patiently answer your questions, and conduct repeated communication and confirmation on ambiguous details to avoid product inconsistency caused by specification deviations. Only after you sign and confirm that all specifications are correct will we start the subsequent sample production process, ensuring the accuracy of customized products from the source.

Sample Production

After the specifications are confirmed correctly, we will give priority to sample production, aiming to allow you to intuitively inspect the quality, specifications, appearance and performance of the product to ensure it meets expectations. We have advanced sample production equipment and a professional sample production team, which strictly produce in accordance with the confirmed specifications, parameters and design plans, and control every link of sample production throughout the process. From raw material selection, processing and forming to surface treatment, we all follow high-standard production specifications. After the sample production is completed, we will conduct a preliminary quality inspection on the sample. 

After confirming that there are no dimensional deviations, appearance defects and performance issues, we will send it to you in a timely manner. At the same time, we will provide a sample test report, detailing the test results of various parameters of the sample. After you receive the sample, if you have any adjustment opinions, we will respond immediately and modify the sample free of charge until you are completely satisfied with the sample, and then enter the mass production stage, minimizing your customization risk.

Mass Production

After the sample is confirmed to be qualified, we will officially start mass production. Relying on the factory's mature production system and advanced production equipment, we will efficiently and stably complete the mass manufacturing of customized products. We adopt a standardized production process and strictly control each production process. From raw material procurement, cutting, machining, forming, surface treatment to finished product assembly, there are professional technical personnel on-site supervision to ensure that the specifications and quality of each product are consistent with the sample. 

For precision components such as screws and pins, we use high-precision machining equipment to ensure that product precision meets standards; for products that require special processes such as springs and hinges, we are equipped with a professional process team to optimize production processes and improve product performance. At the same time, we will reasonably plan the production schedule, strictly abide by the agreed delivery cycle, and feedback the production progress to you in real time, allowing you to grasp the product production status at any time and ensure that the products can be delivered on time to meet your production or application needs.

Quality Control

Quality is our core competitiveness, running through the entire process of customized services. From raw material warehousing to finished product delivery, we have established multiple strict quality control systems to ensure that each customized product meets high-standard requirements. 

When raw materials are warehoused, we will strictly inspect the material, specifications and performance to prevent unqualified raw materials from entering the production process; during the production process, each process is equipped with a special quality inspection node, which conducts sampling inspection and full inspection on the dimensions, precision, appearance and performance of the product, and timely finds and solves quality problems in the production process; before the finished product is delivered from the warehouse, we will conduct a final comprehensive quality inspection, verify each parameter of the product one by one, conduct a comprehensive inspection on the appearance and performance, and issue a detailed quality inspection report at the same time to ensure that 100% of the delivered products are qualified.

Packaging & Shipping

To ensure that customized products are not damaged, rusted or contaminated during transportation, we adopt a scientific and reasonable packaging plan. According to the product's material, dimensions, quantity and transportation distance, we select appropriate packaging materials and packaging methods. For small components such as screws, nuts and washers, we use sealed bags, cartons for layered packaging, and do a good job in moisture-proof, rust-proof and anti-collision treatment; for pins, hinges, angle brackets and large CNC machined parts, we use packaging materials such as foam, pearl cotton and wooden pallets for reinforced packaging to prevent deformation and damage during transportation. 

At the same time, we will clearly mark the product name, specifications, quantity, customer information and warning signs such as moisture-proof and anti-fall on the packaging, which is convenient for you to receive and count. In the transportation link, we cooperate with a number of professional logistics and express companies, select the appropriate transportation method (land transportation, sea transportation, air transportation, etc.) according to your needs, reasonably plan the transportation route, track the logistics status throughout the process, and feedback the goods transportation status to you in a timely manner, ensuring that the products are safely and punctually delivered to the location you specify, completing the entire customized service process.
