Since its inception, Ganggu has focused on the development and manufacturing of high-quality hardware fasteners and precision CNC machining services.

Nuts
At Ganggu Hardware, we manufacture a comprehensive selection of industrial nuts engineered for secure thread engagement, high load-bearing capacity, and exceptional vibration resistance. Utilizing precision cold forming and automated tapping processes, our nut range includes hex nuts, lock nuts, flange nuts, cap nuts, and custom threaded fasteners built to international standards. Available in high-tensile stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and specialized alloy materials, our nuts can be tailored with custom plating and coatings—such as zinc plating, black oxide, and passivation—to resist corrosion in harsh mechanical, automotive, and structural environments.

DIN 985 Nylon Insert Lock Nuts — Zinc Plated Nyloc Nuts, M8 to M16
These DIN 985 lock nuts are hex nuts with a blue nylon ring set into the top face, so the bolt thread cuts its own path through the insert and stays gripped. That interference fit separates them from a plain nut: the nylon recovers elastically and keeps a prevailing torque on the thread even after the joint settles. As nylon insert lock nuts, they need no adhesive and no second nut, so assembly handles one part. The zinc plated nyloc nuts here cover M8 to M16 in a blue-white finish for indoor and covered outdoor work. Because the insert is nylon, temperature and chemicals set the limit rather than the steel. Coating, insert colour, marking and packing can be customized.
DIN 6923 Serrated Flange Nuts — Hex Flange Lock Nuts, M3 to M24
These DIN 6923 flange nuts are carbon steel hex nuts with an integrated flange, and the flange face carries a ring of angled serrations instead of a plain washer face. The serration does the work: as the nut tightens, the teeth bite the mating surface and resist backing out, which is why the same part is sold as hex flange lock nuts. The flange spreads clamp load over a wider area, so a separate washer is often unnecessary and assembly needs one part less. The published table runs from M3 to M24, with serrated flange nuts in M6 to M20 held for spot supply in grade 4.8 / 5.8, in blue-white or yellow zinc. Thickness, flange diameter, coating, marking and packaging can be customized.
Zinc Plated Square Nuts, GB Standard Carbon Steel for Timber Frame
These zinc plated square nuts are carbon steel fasteners with a square body, four chamfered corners and a chamfered top edge, finished in a blue-white zinc coating. The square form does the work: pulled into a timber pocket or held flat against a plate, the nut cannot spin, so one wrench on the bolt is enough. That is why square nuts for timber frame construction are paired with coach bolts, washers and connector plates in decks, fences and frame joints. As GB standard square nuts, the geometry follows the GB designation named in the product title, while the standard number and property class are confirmed on the drawing. Coating, chamfer, thread and packaging can be customized.
304 316 Stainless Steel Acorn Nuts — Hex Dome Cap Nuts, M3 to M20
These stainless steel acorn nuts combine a hex body with a closed dome, so a stud end is covered rather than left exposed. The hex dome cap nuts shown here are polished to a mirror finish in 304 and 316 stainless steel, in sizes from M3 to M20, with coarse and fine pitches listed per size. Because the dome closes the end, the thread is shielded from dust and the joint gets a rounded, snag-free appearance. Buyers who specify 304 stainless steel cap nuts usually cover indoor and general outdoor work, while 316 is chosen near salt water and chlorides. Height, across-flats, pitch, finish, marking and packaging can be customized.
Stainless Steel Threaded Inserts, SL Type Knurled Insert Nut M2 M3
These stainless steel threaded inserts are machined from 303 stainless steel with a double twill knurl crossing in two directions, so the SL type knurled insert nut resists rotation under torque rather than gripping on one helix alone. Threads run from M2 to M20, and the size chart details M2 to M8 with inside diameter, pitch, outside diameter and slot width. Because the body is stainless steel rather than brass, these insert nuts for plastic molding suit housings that must stay clean and resist rust in humid indoor service. Ultrasonic, heat, press-in, expansion press-in and self-tapping installation are all supported, each aiming at a flush finish. Length, knurl, finish and packaging can be customized.
Heat Insert Nuts, Brass Knurled Threaded Inserts for 3D Printing
These heat insert nuts are machined from BG brass, a golden brown material that resists rust and keeps its lustre. Straight, cross and diamond knurling can be produced for different grip, and the CNC-turned thread covers M2 to M20, with M2 to M8 detailed in the size chart. As brass knurled inserts, they hold a reusable metal thread in thermoplastic: the knurl bites into the softened wall, so a screw can be driven and reopened without stripping the plastic. That makes them threaded inserts for 3D printing, molded housings and electronic enclosures. Plain, tin-plated and nickel-plated finishes are available, lengths and knurl patterns can be adjusted, and packaging, labels and box contents can be customized.
