4. Production Process & Full Quality Inspection
All stainless steel raw materials were inspected before warehousing to avoid mixed inferior steel. We adopted precise thread rolling process to improve thread bite force. Finished products underwent strict salt spray test and tensile strength test. All products meet outdoor construction fastener industry standards.
5. Custom Packaging & Delivery & Customer Feedback
Adopted VCI anti-rust independent packaging suitable for long-distance sea shipping, with clear size marking on each bag. We completed bulk production within 10 working days and arranged sea freight as customer required. We took on-site production photos and delivery photos for the solution page. The customer reported zero rust problem after one-year outdoor site use, and signed long-term annual supply contract with our factory.
