2. Pre-Production Communication & Size Sketch Confirmation
Combined with the customer’s plastic shell thickness and assembly torque limit, our engineers reduced screw head sharp edges, optimized special plastic thread forming structure without pre-drilling holes. We provided free safety sample testing, adjusted screw hardness moderately to avoid plastic cracking, and finalized the drawing after 3 rounds of sample tests.
3. Material Selection & Custom Specification
- Material: Low carbon steel + environmental friendly white zinc plating (comply with EU RoHS standard)
- Type: Round head burr-free plastic thread forming screws
- Size: M2.3*5mm, M2.6*6mm micro small size
- Custom Requirement: Full deburring treatment, RoHS compliance, no plastic cracking after locking
4. Production Process & Full Quality Inspection
We added one extra full deburring process after production. Each screw was manually inspected for edge sharpness. All products passed RoHS environmental test and plastic assembly simulation test. We provided official EU standard test reports to support customer’s customs clearance and product safety certification.
5. Custom Packaging & Delivery & Customer Feedback
Adopted child-safe sealed packaging without sharp outer package. We finished production within 6 working days. We took factory production photos and online video meeting cooperation photos. The customer passed EU toy safety inspection smoothly, and placed repeated orders for new toy product lines later.
