Summer Fun Sports & Team Building Games

On June 12, 2025, our custom screw factory successfully held a full-staff summer fun team-building sports meeting. All departments participated in the activity together, including cold forging workshop, thread rolling & heat treatment team, electroplating quality control group, final inspection & packaging department, and international sales & engineering support team. We arranged safe, low-intensity and teamwork-oriented challenges to enhance on-site communication, mutual trust and cross-department cooperation. All activities comply with factory safety regulations and will never interfere with mass production and customer order arrangements. Strong teamwork greatly improves our efficiency in custom screw sampling, urgent prototype production, mixed batch scheduling, full container loading and global logistics arrangement. Reliable internal cooperation brings stable delivery quality for every overseas client.
