To meet the high-end custom needs of precision fasteners in the electronics and micro-equipment industry, our factory grandly held a precision micro custom screw R&D achievement conference on March 20, 2025. The R&D team, production team, foreign trade team and core overseas customer representatives attended the conference. At this conference, we officially launched 3 new precision micro custom screw products, including 0.8-2.0mm micro electronic screws, waterproof micro fastening screws and high-temperature resistant micro bolts. The products are made of high-quality stainless steel raw materials, and after multiple rounds of precision processing and strict testing, the precision can reach ±0.01mm, suitable for high-end scenarios such as smart wearables, micro sensors and small electronic instruments. At the meeting, R&D engineers detailed the product's R&D concept, core technology, performance advantages and custom adaptation solutions, displayed product samples and test reports on site, and answered overseas customers' questions about product customization, mass production and delivery guarantee. We successfully reached new product trial intentions with many overseas buyers in the electronics industry, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent market promotion of products.
