A single CNC machining service covering six capability blocks. For buyers comparing precision CNC machining services, the useful question is not "how many machines" but "which of my features can you hold" — so here is the capability map:
| Capability | What it covers | Typical parts |
|---|---|---|
| CNC Milling | Pockets, faces, hole patterns, profiled outlines, slots | Housings, plates, brackets, facepanels, heat sinks |
| CNC Turning | Turned diameters, threads, grooves, knurls, faced ends | Bushings, flanges, shafts, fittings, knobs, dials |
| 5-Axis Machining | Multi-face features in one setup, complex angles and curves | Brackets, angled ports, one-piece parts that would need several setups on 3-axis |
| Surface Finishing | Anodising, passivation, plating, coating, laser marking | Any part needing appearance or corrosion control |
| Rapid Prototyping | Fast turnaround samples for fit and function checks | First articles, design validation parts |
| Mass Production | Repeat runs with the same process and inspection discipline | Production volumes after prototype approval |
We also produce 5-axis CNC machining parts where a feature set genuinely needs simultaneous multi-axis work — for example angled fluid ports or undercut profiles that would otherwise require three or four separate fixtures.
Our aluminum CNC machining service is the most requested, but it is one line in a longer list. Everything below is labelled on our own material sample board:
| Metals | Grade as specified | Plastics & composites | Grade as specified |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aluminium | Aluminum 6061 | PEEK | PEEK – Virgin |
| Stainless steel | Stainless 304 | Acrylic | Acrylic – Optical Grade |
| Titanium | Titanium Gr.2 | POM | POM – Delrin 100 |
| Stainless steel | Stainless 316 | Phenolic | Phenolic – C Grade |
| Brass | Brass C360 | Carbon fibre | Carbon Fiber – CF/Epoxy 2x2 Twill |
| Nylon | Nylon PA6 |
How we help you choose. We screen candidates against 17 criteria — machinability, corrosion resistance, cost effectiveness, ductility, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, electrical properties, flame resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, lightweight, UV resistance, noise dampening, stress resistance, transparency, weldability and food grade. Note that material properties depend on alloy/grade selection, so the grade matters as much as the family: 304 and 316 stainless behave differently in chloride, and PEEK is not interchangeable with POM. Tell us the working environment and we will recommend the optimal material for your application rather than quoting the cheapest one.
Finishing is quoted per substrate, not as a generic "we can anodise". These are the processes on our capability sheet:
| Substrate | Available processes |
|---|---|
| Aluminium | Clear anodised · Colour anodised · Sandblast anodised · Chemical film · Brush · Polishing · Chrome plated · Powder coated · Laser logo · Screen printing |
| Stainless steel | Polishing · Passivated · Blasting · Laser logo · Electrophoresis black · Chrome plated · QPQ black |
| Brass | Nickel plated · Chrome plated · Electrophoresis black · Brush · Lacquer · Tin plated |
| Steel | Zinc plated · Oxide black · Nickel plated · Chrome plated · Carburised · Heat treatment · Powder coated · Painting · Mirror polish |
Colour anodising is available in clear, blue, red and gold as standard swatches; other colours are matched against your target sample. Laser marking covers logos, part numbers and dial graduations — the numbered dials in our product photos are marked this way.
Equipment. Our shop list covers the processes above: 5-axis CNC machining, CNC milling, CNC turning, CMM inspection, laser cutting and TIG welding. That mix matters for two reasons — CMM lets us verify geometry rather than assume it, and TIG welding means an assembly of machined parts can also be joined in house instead of being sent out.
Quality. We publish three commitments and expect to be held to them: a 12-hour fast response to inquiries, strict quality control (our wording: lower your rework risk, and where a quality issue occurs we take full responsibility), and a one-stop manufacturing service from prototyping to production. Inspection runs at 100% with CMM support, and inspection reports are available on request.
About us. Buyers looking for CNC precision machined parts manufacturers should check three things before committing: who actually owns the machines, who answers when a dimension is out, and whether the same team carries the part from prototype to production. We are a manufacturer with our own equipment, we take responsibility for quality issues, and the engineering team that reviews your drawing is the team that supports the production run.
Send us a drawing and the first thing you get back is not a price — it is a review. Our engineering team works with customers to optimise designs, improve manufacturability and reduce production costs, and the review covers:
Drawing formats accepted: STEP · STP · IGS · DWG · PDF. If you only have a PDF of an old drawing, send it — we will tell you what is missing before quoting rather than guessing.
Six steps, no ambiguity about what happens next:
| Step | What happens | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| ① Send drawing | You send files | STEP / STP / IGS / PDF |
| ② Engineering review | We check manufacturability | DFM analysis before pricing |
| ③ Prototype | First article made | 3–5 days |
| ④ Production | Volume run on the approved process | High efficiency, same process as the prototype |
| ⑤ Inspection | Verification before packing | 100% quality control with CMM |
| ⑥ Shipment | Delivery | Worldwide, on the schedule agreed at order |
Quotation comes back within 24 hours of a complete file set; design support and DFM assistance are part of the quotation, not a paid extra.
CNC machining cost for custom parts is driven by four things, in roughly this order of impact:
What we need to quote: 3D file (STEP/STP/IGS), 2D drawing (DWG/PDF), material and grade, quantity, critical tolerances, finish requirement, and any marking. Send those and you get a quote within 24 hours — plus, where relevant, suggestions on how to bring the number down.
Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company? A: We own our production equipment — 5-axis machining, CNC milling, CNC turning, CMM inspection, laser cutting and TIG welding — so prototyping through to mass production runs in house. As CNC precision machined parts manufacturers, we take on OEM and ODM work.
Q2: How do I get a quote, and what do you need? A: Send 3D files (STEP/STP/IGS) and 2D drawings (DWG/PDF) with material, quantity, critical tolerances and finish. We quote within 24 hours with DFM feedback included. CNC machining cost for custom parts is driven mainly by material, tolerance, feature complexity and quantity — our quote will show where cost can come out.
Q3: Can you hold ±0.005mm? A: ±0.005mm is our capability ceiling, and whether it applies depends on the feature — material, size range, setups and finishing all matter. Mark the tolerances that matter; we assess each and tell you which we can hold and which need relaxing.
Q4: What is your MOQ and lead time? A: From a single prototype to mass production; prototypes in 3–5 days and quotes within 24 hours as published. MOQ and production lead time are confirmed per part and included with the quotation.
Q5: Which materials and finishes do you run? A: Materials include Aluminum 6061, Stainless 304/316, Titanium Gr.2, Brass C360, Nylon PA6, PEEK (virgin), POM (Delrin 100), optical-grade acrylic, phenolic and carbon fibre. Finishes are grouped by substrate — the anodising family for aluminium, passivation and QPQ for stainless, nickel and chrome for brass, zinc plating and heat treatment for steel — full table above.
Q6: How do you control quality? A: Production → inspection → shipment, with 100% quality control at inspection backed by CMM, and full responsibility on our side for quality issues. Inspection reports available on request.
Send your drawing and get a quote within 24 hours. Upload STEP, STP, IGS, DWG or PDF together with material, quantity and critical tolerances — our engineers will come back with pricing and DFM feedback, not just a number.
