Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer plant?
A:We are manufacturer and our factory is located in Changping town, Dongguan city which is the production center of components &
parts.

Q2:What are your main product,and what core production equipments do you own?
A:We specialize in three main products. fistly, fasteners. secondly,CNC lathe parts. thirdly,dowel and shaft pins.
We mainly own cold-heading machines,thread rolling machines, CNC turning machines,precision automatic lathing machines and full
automactic rubbing machines and 80% equipment machines are mainly imported from Taiwan.

Q3:Are you able to develop the new products?
A:we have specialized new products development team,with more than 10 yeas technical experience in this field, successfully help
the customers to develop more competitive products.

Q4: Which core customers are cooperating at present?
A: Ganggu is qualified supplier of Midea company, cooperating with Midea coffee maker and electric pressure cooker business
division. and we are the qualified supplier of Xiaomi as well.

Q5: Is there any certificate to prove that your products meet EU environmental requirements?
A:Yes. our products fully comply with EU ROHS requirements, from raw material to eletroplating process.And we can provide SGS
testing reports for each material and every electroplating.

Q6: When did you found this company, How many employees do you have and how long have you been in this field?
A:Ganggu was founed in year 2011 and there are 35-50 empolyees. The company owner starts fastener business since year 2000 and
owns nearly 20 years technical experience.

Q7:How do you control the product quality? what core testing machines do you have? and which related qualified certificate do you
have?
A:We fully comply with ISO procedure to control the quality, like fist inspection, material inspection, production inspection and
shipment inspection etc.
We own testing machines like Rockwell appratus,Vickers harness tester, Salt spray testing machines,Two dimensional
projector,Torquemeter,Hexavalent chromium tester,Groove depth gauge,
Hydrogen embrittlement test fixture etc. all the machines are regularly calibrated by the third party every year. We obtained
ISO:9001-2015 qualification certificate.

Q8:Can the products be automatic assembled? What the range can the reject ratio be controlled?
A:It is the question most customer concern. At presnt,in order to improve the degree of automation and enhance the competitive
advantage of products in the market,
most manufacturing factories around the world use the machine to automatically assemble products.
All quantities of our exported screws with above 100K pieces will be fully inspected by the optical nail selecting machine,to
ensure the stability of automated assembly.
